Deployment Strategist

About the Role

Join a fintech team delivering enterprise software for mortgage servicing operations. You will own customer deployments from understanding operational workflows through configuring the platform, driving adoption, and delivering measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise deployments end to end, including workflow discovery, platform configuration, customer adoption, and results measurement.

• Visit customer sites to observe workflows, analyze data, and solve operational challenges, with approximately 10-20% domestic travel.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to turn complex legacy processes into scalable software solutions.

• Make sound decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information, adapting your approach to each deployment.

• Build playbooks, tools, and processes that make future implementations faster and more scalable.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup.

• Experience at a leading consulting, financial services, or fast-growing technology organization, with a track record of career stability and increasing responsibility.

• An undergraduate degree from a highly selective university.

• Experience creating playbooks, tools, or operating processes from the ground up.

• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, data warehousing, and AI tools, including coding agents.

• High ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to translate operational problems into practical solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $140,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, with an expectation of three to four days in the office.
