About the Role The Deployment & Training Specialist is a hands-on role responsible for helping turn training into successful real-world execution. This position is approximately 50% remote training support and 50% on-site deployment , supporting both the onboarding of new HALO Navigators and the successful launch of new partner centers across the country. You’ll help prepare Navigators before launch, travel on-site to work alongside them during go-live, reinforce workflows in a live environment, identify and close knowledge gaps, and help ensure each Navigator is confident, competent, and prepared to operate independently following their first week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys training people, solving problems, traveling, and being right in the middle of a new-site launch. What You’ll Do Training & Navigator Development | ~50% Support the Training team with onboarding and development of new HALO Navigators . Assist with virtual training sessions, workflow reinforcement, and ongoing skills development. Coach Navigators on HALO processes, workflows, patient interactions, and operational expectations. Serve as a subject-matter resource for operational, clinical, and workflow-related questions. Identify knowledge or performance gaps and provide targeted coaching and reinforcement. Partner closely with the Director of Training to ensure training standards, competencies, and expectations are consistently met. Help assess Navigator readiness before and during deployment. Deployment & New-Site Launches | ~50% Travel to partner centers across multiple cities and states to support new-site launches. Participate in launch preparation calls beginning approximately two weeks before go-live . Become familiar with each partner center's workflow, staffing model, expectations, and operational nuances before arriving on-site. Work side-by-side with the assigned HALO Navigator during the 3–5 day on-site launch period . Reinforce training in a live environment and provide real-time coaching and support. Identify and close knowledge or workflow gaps that could impact successful independent operation. Assess and validate Navigator readiness to independently support the site following the initial launch period. Serve as an on-site HALO representative, helping troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and escalate concerns when necessary. Coordinate travel and deployment logistics with the Project Management team. Partner Education & Lunch & Learns Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Lunch & Learn sessions for partner center staff. Deliver engaging education about HALO programs, workflows, and processes. Coordinate catered food orders and other on-site logistics associated with Lunch & Learns and training sessions. Build positive working relationships with partner center staff and serve as a professional representative of HALO during launches. Cross-Functional Collaboration Report directly to the Director of Training . Partner closely with Project Management on launch timelines, travel, logistics, and execution. Collaborate with Training, Operations, and other HALO teams to resolve issues and ensure successful launches. Communicate launch observations, training gaps, and Navigator readiness back to appropriate leadership. Help identify opportunities to continuously improve HALO's training and deployment process. What We're Looking For Experience in training, implementation, deployment, onboarding, or operational support . Demonstrated ability to coach employees and assess readiness in real-world working environments. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and follow-through, particularly when managing multiple launch timelines and travel requirements. Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions in fast-moving environments. Ability to adapt quickly when workflows, schedules, or launch needs change. High degree of professionalism, accountability, and ownership. Comfortable traveling 50% or more , including frequent multi-day trips. Ability to occasionally travel for two consecutive weeks when launch schedules require it. Qualifications Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Project Management , or a related field preferred, but not required. Healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or clinical operations experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting new-site launches, implementations, or operational rollouts. Prior experience training, coaching, or onboarding operational employees. Experience working in a multi-site or rapidly growing organization is a plus. Why Join HALO Dx?
