Salary Range: $88,315.00 To $110,394.00 Annually JOB SUMMARY The Deputy Director of Integrated Care provides leadership and operational oversight for OCHN's healthcare integration initiatives, promoting coordinated physical and behavioral healthcare across the organization and provider network. This role implements and evaluates integrated care strategies, partnerships, contracts, grants, quality measures, and practice improvement activities to ensure high-quality, person-centered services. The Deputy Director supervises, coaches, and supports the Manager of Integrated Healthcare and integrated care staff. In collaboration with the Deputy Director of Clinical Practice and other partners, this position uses clinical, quality, utilization, and performance data to enhance integrated service delivery, improve outcomes, ensure compliance, and advance organizational priorities and healthcare practices. Essential Functions Lead healthcare integration initiatives that support organizational, contract, and strategic objectives. Provide supervision, coaching, performance management, and professional development for the Manager of Integrated Healthcare and assigned integrated care staff. Lead and represent OCHN in healthcare integration committees, workgroups, collaborative partnerships, and cross-system initiatives. Negotiate, manage, and monitor integrated healthcare contracts, grants, related funding, deliverables, and performance expectations. Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated care protocols, practice standards, workflows, and quality improvement activities. Collaborate with providers and internal and external stakeholders to support integrated care training, workforce development, and practice improvement efforts. Evaluate provider performance and contract compliance for integrated healthcare initiatives and recommend corrective actions or recognition based on outcomes and quality measures. Analyze clinical, quality, utilization, and integrated healthcare data to identify trends, improve performance, and support strategic decision-making. Resolve provider and system-level issues related to integrated care, including complaints, disputes, performance concerns, and barriers to coordination. Collaborate across departments and with external partners on local, state, and federal initiatives impacting integrated physical and behavioral healthcare. Develop and monitor assigned budgets, grant expenditures, and resources for integrated healthcare initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): State of Michigan licensure as a Psychologist (LLP), Social Worker (LMSW), or Counselor (LPC). Experience Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant clinical experience. Leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the public or private sector is preferred. Departmental leadership or director-level experience is required. (Communication) Additional Information Must have available means of transportation to and from OCHN and for required offsite meetings or site visits. Must be available for meetings and events which may occur outside of standard office hours. Work performed primarily in an office environment. Hybrid (onsite/remote) work schedule available.
