Deputy Project Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the project manager in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects.
• Assist in developing and managing project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and work with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, teams, and subcontractors.
• Assist in resolving project issues and challenges, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Help maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Provide support in making informed decisions for project success.

About The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields; Post graduate degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience in delivering project management services in major construction projects or frameworks.
• Professional certifications and affiliations will be considered for different positions where it complements the role’s responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
• Demonstratable leadership and problem-solving skills are mandatory to demonstrate.
