Our Creative Design Team Department for our office in Wallisellen is looking for a
Design Associate (f/m/d) – (100 %)
This position is hybrid, with 4 mandatory days at our office in Wallisellen.
What You’ll do:
- Support the Design Team throughout the seasonal product creation process
- Create, update and maintain style sheets, technical sketches and presentation materials
- CAD/ 3D design and recolor existing styles according to seasonal color direction & collection briefing
- Prepare digital mood boards, trend boards & design presentations whilst maintaining the updates
- Upload and maintain product information, sketches and seasonal data in PLM
- Ensure design files, product information and collection data are accurate and up to date
- Manage and organize internal fabric, trim, color & sample libraries
- Support trend, competitor & market research activities
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Brand Managers and cross-functional teams
- Support design sample management, and general office related duties
- Contribute to an inspiring, collaborative and energetic team culture
What You’ll bring:
- A highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented person with hands-on & can-do attitude
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills; Photoshop knowledge is required and InDesign is a plus, strong AI skills/ prompting skills
- Experience working with PLM systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for learning, fashion, product & design
- Bachelor's degree or design school graduate in Fashion Design, Textile Design or a related field
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Fluent English skills (oral & written). German is a plus
- Comfortable working in an international environment
