What You’ll Do Meet clients in their homes across the Twin Cities to understand how they live, not just what they own Diagnose storage challenges and uncover opportunities they haven’t considered Translate needs into elegant, functional custom designs using 3D CAD software Confidently present solutions, guide decisions, and manage expectations Own projects end-to-end, from first consultation through installation Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Who Thrives Here You’ll love this role if you: Enjoy problem-solving and leading clients through decisions Are naturally curious and ask great questions Have strong communication skills and executive presence Take pride in creating work clients believe in Are motivated by performance-based earnings Value autonomy, but appreciate structure and support Design or sales experience is helpful, but mindset matters more than résumés.
