Position Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Designer who keeps our brand looking its best in print and digital. You’ll take projects from request to final file, follow our brand standards closely, and keep things moving when several deadlines land at once.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design day-to-day print and digital pieces, like social posts, emails, web graphics, ads, flyers, and sales materials
- Learn our brand standards inside and out and apply them the same way on every project
- Juggle several projects at once and turn work around quickly without cutting corners
- Take feedback from the creative team and make revisions fast
- Resize and adapt existing creative for different formats and channels
- Prepare print-ready and web-ready files with the right specs for each one
- Keep project files and brand assets organized so the team can find what they need
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, in-house or at an agency
- A portfolio that shows both print and digital work (required to apply)
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma is a plus
- Good working knowledge of print production, including bleeds, color modes, and working with printers
- Experience following brand guidelines and keeping a large volume of work consistent
- A sharp eye for detail, from type and spacing to color and alignment

- Picks up new brand systems and processes fast
Physical Requirements:
This job involves sitting and working at a computer for long stretches, regular meetings and presentations, and some light office tasks, like lifting up to 10 pounds.
