The Infor U Tools Team is actively seeking a motivated and self-driven individual who can work remotely and possesses a technical skillset in the role of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist. As an AI specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying high-value opportunities for AI applications, interpreting data outputs from machine learning models, supporting GenAI adoption, and guiding stakeholders through data-informed decision-making. This team member will join our growing AI and Automation team. Your work will help transform how we work, innovate, and serve our customers. lead and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of Copilot tools and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with AI capabilities to drive productivity, innovation, and digital transformation. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Successfully manage and coordinate projects for internal customers, answering questions and/or directing to other departments as needed. This includes, but is not limited to: Collaborate with cross-functional team to review business operations seeking opportunities to implement AI-enhanced projects that integrate business needs with advanced technology automations tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI). Participate in project planning activities developing milestones and coordinating schedules with project team resources to align with project deliverables. Managing project activities on multiple AI initiatives simultaneously. Support the deployment and adoption of AI-powered platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or custom chatbots. Research and stay current with emerging AI trends, platforms, and tools to help shape the AI roadmap for Infor U. Managing time, documentation, and implementation of multiple projects simultaneously. Effectively communicating verbally and in writing keep project stakeholders informed of project activities, including managing expectations, problem-solving, and driving successful project completion. Continual improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its AI goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences.
