Ubisoft is a global leader in gaming with teams across the world creating original and memorable gaming experiences, from Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, to Just Dance and more. We believe diverse perspectives help both players and teams thrive. If you’re passionate about innovation and pushing entertainment boundaries, join our journey and help us create the unknown!
Develop at Ubisoft is a mentorship program for students and recent graduates (with less than two years of experience) looking to grow their skills in Game Design, Audio, Programming, or Cybersecurity.
This initiative supports individuals from genders historically underrepresented in gaming and STEM.
Develop at Ubisoft is one of several talent programs we offer to engage and support different audiences across the industry.
Please note: this program is a mentorship program and is not tied to any hiring process.
From January to May 2027, selected mentees will work on a project based on a given theme. They will be mentored by volunteer Ubisoft developers, including from our mobile studios, who will provide feedback and guidance throughout the mentorship to help them develop their own personal project.
In the Cybersecurity track, you will complete a series of Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges that simulate real-world security scenarios. You will investigate vulnerabilities, analyse systems, and solve technical challenges while developing practical cybersecurity skills under the guidance of Ubisoft cybersecurity professionals.
