General Purpose of the Job


The Senior Technical Lead is an expert who provides technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership for the implementation of complex software and data integration projects to ensure solutions align with customer functional/non-functional requirements, architectural standards, security guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Working alongside engineering management, the Senior Technical Lead oversees day-to-day software development, works hands-on with the development team, and actively collaborates with PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams. The ideal candidate drives engineering components within Agile Scrum teams and proactively clears technical obstacles across cross-functional groups.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Development Oversight & Standards Adherence (25%): Provide technical guidance, code architecture, and mentoring to Developers, Senior Developers, and Technical Leads across the team.
  • Systems Development & Technical Specifications (25%): Translate business requirement specifications into robust technical designs and system architecture specifications.
  • Application & Integration Engineering (20%): Lead the design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Project Planning & Estimation (15%): Partner closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA to scope, estimate, and deliver engineering milestones on schedule.
  • Engineering Best Practices & Code Quality (10%): Lead and participate in rigorous peer code reviews, enforce design standards, and collaborate with enterprise architects.
  • Other Duties as Assigned (5%): Perform other related technical and operational duties as assigned.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • 2–4 years of healthcare IT or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in one or more core development stacks:C#, .NET Platform, ASP.NET, JavaScript, MVC, MVVMPalantir OSDK, React, Workshop, and FoundryiOS Programming / Mobile Development
  • Data & Integration Architecture:Modern Data Lake & Enterprise Data Warehousing architecturesETL, ELT, Change Data Capture (CDC), Pub/Sub, and event-driven data integrationsRelational & NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)Data Modeling (3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault, Key-Value, XML, JSON, DDL/DML)
  • DevOps & CI/CD tooling experience (Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, Artifactory).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD)
  • Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO, SAFe)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Work Environment: Moderate noise level consistent with a standard professional office or remote work setting. No exposure to hazardous conditions or clinical fluids.
