DEVOPS ENGINEER

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a DevOps Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or a combination of these roles.
• Kubernetes administration.
• Git and GitOps.
• ArgoCD
• Familiarity with open-source technologies in the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication. Independence and professionalism.
• Helm/Istio/Loki
• Bash scripting. CKA certification.
• Experience writing and updating internal documentation for tasks and processes.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Support Kubernetes operational work by clearing backlog tickets, maintaining and upgrading Kubernetes clusters, and deploying open-source components.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes for recognizing, notifying, and updating Kubernetes changes, while collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth integrations and upgrades.
• Use Gitlab and ArgoCD for GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments, write and update internal documentation, and automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
• Clear backlog tickets related to Kubernetes updates and configurations.
• Maintain, upgrade, and deploy Kubernetes clusters and open-source components.
• Refine Kubernetes change processes and automate operational workflows using Bash or other scripting languages.
