- Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;

- IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.

The Project

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to work on a technology project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple technology stacks;

• Manage and evolve cloud and on-premises infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code;

• Deploy, operate, and scale containerised applications on Kubernetes or equivalent platforms;

• Automate build, test, release, and operational workflows;

• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability;

• Integrate security and quality practices into the delivery lifecycle (DevSecOps);

• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and drive preventive improvements;

• Support development teams in adopting DevOps practices and tooling;

• Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation;

• Collaborate with architecture, security, infrastructure, and development teams.

You need to have the following skills/experience:

• 3+ years of solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation;

• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalents;

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift, including Helm Charts;

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents;

• Scripting experience in Bash, Python, or PowerShell;

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalents;

• Familiarity with artefact management and security/quality tools (e.g. Nexus, Harbor, SonarQube, Vault, SAST/DAST);

• Good understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals;

• English B2 or above;

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CKA, AWS/Azure) and experience in enterprise environments are a plus.

Location

Lisbon, Porto, Braga or Coimbra (Hybrid - 2 days per week at the office).
