• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer or technical application support, with a strong background in DevOps methodologies.
• Specialized Expertise: Strong proficiency in Issue resolution and incident management.
• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with SQL Queries, Oracle Database, and a proven track record in Observability (Splunk) and CI/CD orchestration (Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
• Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
• Shift Requirement: Fully committed to a permanent US Business Hours shift to ensure real-time synergy with US-based Business IT teams.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with Agentic AI or Test Automation scripting.

You are able to work independently prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
