As a DevOps Software Developer, you will play a key role in improving the software development lifecycle by designing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, driving automation initiatives, and optimizing engineering processes. Working closely with software developers, Product Owners, and global teams, you will help ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality software delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and DevOps best practices. Your responsibilities will include: Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, integration, testing, and deployment processes. Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of CI/CD pipelines supporting both development and operational requirements. Analyze existing development workflows and engineering processes, identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with software developers, Product Owners, operations teams, and international colleagues to align tooling and processes with product goals. Implement and promote Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline, tooling, build, and deployment issues, ensuring stable and efficient development environments. Contribute to software quality and delivery efficiency through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and automation expertise. What distinguishes you: Education Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Experience / Know-how Mandatory Skills Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Python. Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps principles. Experience with build, test, deployment, and release automation. Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile development environments, preferably Scrum. Experience troubleshooting and resolving build, deployment, and integration issues. Familiarity with version control systems, branching strategies, and code quality best practices. Very good written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Skills Experience optimizing software development workflows through automation. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams. Knowledge of software quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience supporting development environments within a DevOps culture.
