This role will: Act as L2 support for Engineering Operations when incidents or issues occur Desired Skills AWS: AWS SA Associate/SysOps Associate certification or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience of deploying and running cloud infrastructure, and dealing with scalability, failover, and observability. Build and maintain tools that automatically scan code, infrastructure, and applications for security flaws at every stage. Hands-on experience with automation using scripting languages. Hands-on experience with operations and troubleshooting VMs and containers on Linux. Hands-on experience with either Kubernetes or Terraform. AWS: AWS SA Pro/DevOps Pro certification or equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes: CKA certification preferred. Hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments. Hands-on experience with doing infrastructure deployment via CI/CD pipelines/GitOps. Past or current experience with application development—especially backend services.
