Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality diabetic care and education to patients in various settings. Participate in health initiatives, clinics, and patient engagement programs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care. Provide remote consultations and support via digital platforms where required. Requirements Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Ideally have an up to date DBS and be on the update service (not essential). Specialist training or experience in diabetes care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments. Willingness to travel for face-to-face appointments.
