Our goal is simple, and we're not shy about it: we're building this to sell for a billion dollars.

Here's what we do. We call the customers of 9-figure e-commerce brands and find out what actually made them buy. The brands turn those answers into their best-performing ads. Nobody else does this — and it already works.

We went from zero to six figures in monthly recurring revenue in two months. We're a team of 25. And the brands we work with do over $200M a month in combined revenue.

Now we're turning it into software. Everything our human callers do, an AI caller will do at a scale no human team ever could. Not a lifestyle SaaS — the first company of its kind, built for a billion-dollar exit.

This is a chance for someone who is the absolute best at what they do to join something genuinely big from the ground floor — and earn millions through the equity we'll put behind the right person.

We're not hiring an employee. We're looking for a partner with real ownership — the person who builds this and shares in everything it becomes. You'll lead the two engineers building the product, make the technical calls, and own it from the first line of code to the exit.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• The AI caller. Hold someone past the first minute, keep them talking for ten, get the real story behind a purchase. 13,000+ recorded human calls to learn from and beat.
• The voice stack. Speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech, tuned until a ten-minute call costs about $1.
• Reach. SIP, caller ID, carrier screening, voicemail detection. Calls that actually get answered.
• Quality. An eval system that scores every call against our best human callers.
• Revenue. After each call, customers get a personal SMS or voice note to reorder or leave a Trustpilot review — every sale and review tracked back to the call.
• The product. A Shopify app, an API, webhooks, and call data brands can query straight from Claude.
• The team. The two engineers building the product report to you. You set the bar, the roadmap and the pace.

• You've shipped real-time voice AI that real customers use, not a demo.
• You know telephony: SIP, Twilio or Telnyx, media streams, call audio.
• You know e-commerce — Shopify, orders, AOV, LTV, retention, how DTC brands make money — and you've built for them before.
• You've built LLM evals and used them to make a system measurably better.
• You're strong in TypeScript or Python.
• You've led engineers, or you're ready to, and you hold yourself to a higher bar than anyone else would.
• You think like an owner, because you will be one.
