Digital Activations Manager

THE POSITION These are your key tasks: Lead the planning and delivery of designated regional Tournament Supporter activations across FIFA digital platforms, including CRM, paid media and social campaigns. Support media planning, inventory coordination, reporting and media valuation across Digital Activations campaigns. Manage day-to-day partner activation requirements, including agency coordination, asset approvals and stakeholder alignment. Support reporting frameworks, optimisation initiatives and campaign effectiveness analysis in collaboration with internal media valuation specialists. Drive the optimisation and standardisation of activation processes and campaign delivery workflows. Coordinate cross-functional campaign implementation across Digital Marketing, working with Audience Growth, Editorial, Social, Content Production and Digital Experience teams. Build and manage relationships across FIFA’s Commercial Division, including Partnerships Management, Product Development and Business Intelligence teams. YOUR PROFILE We work hard at FIFA. The specific competencies we require for this position are: 5+ years’ experience in sports marketing, digital marketing, partnership activation, media planning or campaign management Strong experience working across digital marketing channels, platforms and applying activation best practices Proven experience coordinating cross-functional campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders in complex organisations Bachelor’s degree or similar higher education in Sports Business Management & Marketing, Business Development, and/or Innovation, Digital Products Fluent in English Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel Proactive, collaborative and adaptable Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced international environments Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting, performance analysis and audience insights A strong interest in football and the evolving digital and commercial landscape of the sport Willingness to travel for work related projects (e.g. FIFA Tournament, FIFA Event, Partner Workshop etc) PERKS & BENEFITS The biggest benefit of a career at FIFA is the privilege to work for the beautiful game and create something that matters.
