We are looking for a Digital Advertising & Performance Manager to join our Marketing team. Title: Digital Advertising & Performance Manager Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours) Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London In this role, you will: Manage both in-house campaigns and agency relationships to deliver impactful, insight-led acquisition and engagement activity. Work across the organisation, supporting brand, supporter engagement, register development, and income generation objectives. Oversee paid digital channels and platforms, provide strategic input into broader digital activity, and manage a Digital Marketing Analyst to ensure measurement, continual learning, and a culture of best practice. Be our in-house subject matter expert on digital paid advertising, performance marketing and data privacy legislation as it applies to online advertising, sharing best practice across the organisation. Line-manage our Digital Marketing Analyst, ensuring they can enable the division to enrich our understanding of our digital audiences, and the impact of our digital engagement activity.
