CTG is seeking to fill a Digital Business Analyst opening for our client.

Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support digital product development and experience delivery for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deal administration capabilities.

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and product requirements from business, technology, operations, product, risk, and compliance stakeholders.

  • Document current-state business processes, screen flows, user journeys, data requirements, and interface requirements.

  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and traceability documentation.

  • Support review of wireframes, prototypes, and proposed user experiences; incorporate user feedback into requirements.

  • Define and track success metrics, including adoption, usage, completion, errors, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue triage, and solution validation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery requirements.

  • Support product vision, roadmap execution, backlog management, and enhancement delivery.

  • Advocate for end users and help ensure solutions balance client experience, business value, operational efficiency, and risk management.

  • Identify risk, control, compliance, and operational considerations during discovery and requirements definition.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Support the evolution of digital M&A capabilities and associated institutional services tools.

  • Perform structured discovery and translate complex workflows and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.

  • Partner across product, technology, operations, business, risk, and compliance functions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Contribute to client-facing and employee-facing digital solutions and measure enhancement outcomes.

  • Maintain high standards for documentation quality, requirements traceability, and delivery readiness.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • No direct management responsibility.

  • Individual contributor responsible for managing activities through matrixed influence, accountability, and ownership.

  • Collaborate with business partners to advocate for client, business, operational, risk, and control outcomes.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.

  • Business analyst experience supporting digital products, platforms, or technology-enabled business processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex workflows, systems, and stakeholder needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to produce accurate, complete, and well-structured documentation.

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments.

  • Client-centric mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business outcomes, operational efficiency, and control requirements.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Experience supporting UI/UX discovery, screen flows, requirements, and digital product delivery.

  • Experience with digital experience metrics and user measurement.

  • Experience with business process modeling tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.

  • Understanding of digital security and access management concepts, including authentication, identity verification, login, and account security controls.

  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience or knowledge.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

  • Business analysis, Agile, or related certifications/coursework.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

he expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.06 - $71.76/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
