Job Title: Digital Campaign Coordinator

About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to help us manage and launch our digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our ad platform.
We need someone who understands the basics of online advertising, is highly organized, and can coordinate campaign setups from start to finish.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
* Campaign Coordination: Gather and organize all campaign materials and targeting criteria from the client and submit all deliverables
* Basic Setup: Build advertiser profiles and set up campaigns for soft launch, ensuring all details are correct and accurate.
* Tracking Support: Coordinate the placement of tracking pixels and other reporting parameters required by the client.
* Basic Reporting: Pull performance reports from our DSP platform for client reporting.
* Basic Campaign Optimization: Understand campaign metrics and KPI to optimize campaigns toward success.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
* Ad Literacy: You understand how digital ads work.
* Familiarity with Metrics: You know what basic terms mean, such as:
◦ Impressions (Views)
◦ Clicks
◦ CTR (Click-Through Rate)
◦ CPM (Cost per thousand views)
* Super Organized: Excellent attention to detail; you can manage multiple campaign timelines and budgets without losing track.
* Quick Learner: Comfortable learning how to navigate new software and advertising platforms.
* Microsoft Excel & Data Handling: Must be comfortable with data organization.
* Basic Analytics & Math Literacy: They should be comfortable with basic algebra to calculate and understand digital ad performance:
Formula Familiarity : Knowing how to calculate essential metrics like:
◦ CTR
◦ eCPM
◦ eCPC
◦ CVR
* Performance Troubleshooting: The ability to look at a dashboard and spot basic issues (e.g., recognizing if a campaign is under-delivering or if a specific ad creative has a very low click-through rate).
* Basic Web & Tech Literacy
