Responsibilities:

• Content & Training Development: Create, produce, and support the development of various training materials, including videos, web-based trainings (WBTs), and written documentation.
• Digital Communication: Set up, design, and manage the internal social media platform to foster engagement and communication.
• Technology & Innovation: Utilize and implement modern AI tools to enhance communication, visualization, and content creation workflows.

Project & Team Support:

• Support the execution of internal communication concepts within the department.
• Perform operational tasks in project management and support the distribution of quality documents.
• Contribute to the conceptual development of database structures.
  
  

• Degree in Communication Design, Media, Film, Marketing, or a comparable field of study
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, animation, video production, and web-based training (WBT) creation
• High proficiency in graphic and video design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Powtoon, GIMP)
• Strong active engagement and experience with AI-assisted visualisation and video generation tools (e.g., Google Veo)
• Very good MS Office skills
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style with quick comprehension
• Strong team player with the ability to work highly independently
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German language skills are a distinct advantage
