Pozisyon Hakkında

Yangın koruma ürünleri ve ilgili çözümler için müşteri, kanal iş ortağı ve proje fırsatları geliştirecek bir Satış Müdürü arıyoruz.

Bu pozisyon esnek, uzaktan ve proje bazlı bir iş birliği fırsatıdır. Yangın koruma sektöründe deneyim zorunlu değildir.

Sorumluluklar

• Müşteri, distribütör ve kanal iş ortakları geliştirmek
• Müteahhitler, proje sahipleri, mühendislik şirketleri ve satın alma ekipleriyle ilişkiler kurmak
• Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek ve uygun ürün ve çözümler önermek
• RFQ'ları, teknik şartnameleri, teklifleri ve proje fırsatlarını takip etmek
• Pazar, fiyatlandırma ve ticari fırsatlar hakkında bilgi toplamak

• B2B satış, müşteri geliştirme veya proje bazlı iş birliğine ilgi
• İyi iletişim ve ilişki geliştirme becerileri
• Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını anlayabilme ve talepleri etkin şekilde takip edebilme
• Proaktif, sorumluluk sahibi ve öğrenmeye istekli olmak
• Mevcut müşteri veya kanal kaynaklarına sahip olmak avantajdır, ancak zorunlu değildir

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to develop customers, channel partners and project opportunities for fire protection products and related solutions.

This is a flexible, remote and project-based cooperation opportunity. No fire-protection industry background is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop customers, distributors and channel partners
• Build relationships with contractors, project owners, engineering companies and procurement teams
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Follow up RFQs, specifications, quotations and project opportunities
• Collect market, pricing and business opportunity information

Qualifications

• Interest in B2B sales, customer development or project cooperation
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and follow up on inquiries
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn
• Existing customer or channel resources are an advantage, but not required

Required Skills

• Customer development and communication skills
• Ability to identify business opportunities and follow up with customers
• Ability to coordinate basic product inquiries, quotations and project information
• Good work responsibility and self-management ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales, distribution, project sales or customer development is an advantage
• Existing customer, contractor, distributor or channel resources are an advantage

Pay Range and Compensation Package
