Role Description The Digital Content Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content across websites, social media, and other online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, coordinating content calendars, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. The role involves overseeing content production, editing and optimizing web copy, and collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and initiatives. The Digital Content Manager monitors performance metrics, analyzes user engagement, and adjusts content plans based on data and feedback. This position also maintains content governance standards, ensures consistency of messaging, and manages projects from concept through delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong content management skills, including organizing, publishing, and maintaining digital assets in content management systems.
• Experience in content strategy and planning, with the ability to develop calendars and align content with business and audience needs.
• Project management skills to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for multiple concurrent content initiatives.
• Web content writing and general writing skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and brand-consistent tone.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess content performance and make data-informed improvements.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and user experience principles for digital content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
