Digital Content Producer

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a creative Digital Content Producer to help bring our expertise, insights, and impact to life.

Every week, we'll be creating articles, white papers, webinars, presentations, thought leadership, sales materials, and other content that showcases our expertise and the business outcomes we help clients achieve.

You won't be responsible for writing long-form articles or developing our overall marketing strategy. Instead, you'll take the great content our team creates and make it more engaging, more shareable, and more effective across every channel. If you love design, video, AI tools, and creating digital content that gets noticed, we'd love to talk.

Please note: you must have at least 3+ years creating digital marketing content for B2B and technology companies and a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling. to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Bring Content to Life: Transform articles, case studies, white papers, thought leadership, and other marketing content into engaging digital assets.
• Video Production: Create and edit short-form videos, webinar clips, executive interviews, client success stories (when available), and promotional videos.
• Visual Storytelling: Design LinkedIn carousels, infographics, presentation decks, sales collateral, and other visual content that makes complex ideas easy to understand.
• Website & Campaign Assets: Create graphics and creative assets for our website, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and digital advertising.
• Content Repurposing: Maximize the value of every article, webinar, presentation, or white paper by adapting it into multiple formats and channels.
• Digital Distribution: Publish and optimize content across LinkedIn and other digital channels while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Webinar & Event Creative: Support with the creation of presentation decks, promotional assets, booth graphics, videos, and other creative assets for webinars, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.
• Creative Production: Use AI and modern creative tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of content production.
• Brand Consistency: Help ensure everything we publish looks polished, professional, and unmistakably Plan A.

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years creating digital marketing content for B2B and technology companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Experience creating LinkedIn content, presentation design, and other digital marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and how to create content that performs.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate creative workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication , and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
