Job Description This is a remote position. Do you know the work of Brave Thinking Institute and Mary Morrissey deeply — and are you ready to use your creative gifts and AI fluency to help carry it forward at the highest level? Mary Morrissey has built a powerful body of work over more than 50 years — through study, practice, and thousands of hours in front of students. Your job is to draw from that body of work as a skilled writer and curriculum developer, using AI with precision and editorial judgment to surface it, organize it, sequence it, and shape it into the weekly Brave Thinking Masters lessons, new programs, curriculum uplevels, and event content that move our students forward. This is not a role for someone who wants to be near the work. It is for someone who already lives it — and who brings the skills to serve it with excellence. ABOUT US At Brave Thinking Institute, we have helped tens of thousands of people transform their lives through Mary Morrissey's teachings — drawn from more than 50 years of study, over 40 years of teaching, and nearly 20 years of Brave Thinking Masters and BTI program delivery. The body of original content built across those decades is without parallel in our industry. As we move into the next chapter, we are using AI to enhance how we operationalize that work. Mary and our faculty remain the source of every teaching, story, framework, and coaching breakthrough. AI is the leverage layer that lets us surface, organize, and bring that body of work forward with greater speed and precision — so faculty can focus on the live craft of teaching and coaching, and so our students can experience the depth of Brave Thinking with even greater fidelity. This role is part of that evolution. ABOUT THIS ROLE The source material is — and remains — Mary Morrissey's authentic body of work and the broader Brave Thinking lineage. Your job is to draw from established teachings, frameworks, stories, and principles — using AI as your primary leverage tool — to produce the weekly BTM lessons, support new product and program development, lead content uplevels of existing curriculum, and contribute to live event content. You are not generating Brave Thinking. You are protecting it, organizing it, and bringing it forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Primary: Brave Thinking Masters Weekly Production Drive the AI-assisted workflow that draws from the BTM corpus to produce the weekly lesson outline and PowerPoint draft Curate teaching stories from the BTM archive (with AI surfacing candidates) and source supporting videos for each lesson Produce the Think Bravely, Act Boldly Guide Draft the weekly student email Generate the dashboard engagement questions Assemble, format, and finalize every deliverable to faculty-ready quality Partner with faculty to refine assets through iteration cycles Bring trained eyes and ears to every asset so each one sounds and feels like Brave Thinking New Product Development & Existing Content Uplevels Collaborate, ideate, and contribute creatively to the production and assembly of curriculum assets for new and existing programs Lead AI-augmented uplevels of existing curriculum Provide content development support for live events — scripts, decks, participant guides, and supporting materials Adapt and repurpose content across programs while preserving lineage integrity AI Workflow & Continuous Improvement Build, refine, and document the AI prompts and workflows that surface, organize, and shape BTI's teaching for delivery Capture lessons learned each week and continuously improve the system as the AI toolkit matures WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS Remote (work from home). Full-time, regular business hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (minimum 40 hours/week). Flexibility required for occasional nights, weekends, and travel for events and filming. Must have a distraction-free, professional home office setup. Must be willing to sign a non-compete agreement. Location restriction: U.S and Mexico Based Only. We are not able to sponsor any visas at this time. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Fluency with AI content tools — used with precision and editorial judgment, never as a shortcut. Primary comfort in Claude Cowork (Claude Code is a plus). Active daily use; skillful prompting and critical evaluation of AI output. Proven experience owning the full content and curriculum lifecycle — from first concept through final, delivery-ready product. Passion for personal development and transformational teaching, with working knowledge of personal development philosophies and technologies — or significant experience in transformational education and a genuine readiness to go deep in this lineage. You can speak the language and you genuinely care about this work. Strong editorial judgment — you can take an AI-shaped draft and bring it to delivery-ready quality with structural and tonal awareness. Excellent written communication; impeccable grammar, syntax, sequencing, and pacing. Advanced PowerPoint skills. Self-directed; able to ship substantial deliverables weekly under deadline without close supervision. Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving AI toolkit — this role will not look the same in six months. A PLUS BTI Certified Coach. Fluency or awareness in Brave Thinking principles, methodology, or Mary Morrissey's work. Curriculum or instructional design background. Experience producing content for a coaching, training, or transformational education organization. Experience with AI workflow tools (n8n, Agentic workflows, custom GPTs, automation platforms). WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT Not an AI-generates-Brave-Thinking role — the foundation is over 50 years of Mary Morrissey's study and teaching. AI is how we operationalize that body of work; it is not the source of it. Not a from-scratch writing role — you draw from and shape an existing corpus with AI as your leverage tool. Not a faculty replacement — faculty owns teaching judgment; this role serves them. Not a static role — the work will evolve as our AI infrastructure matures. APPLICATION PROCESS To apply, please submit: Resume Cover letter Portfolio of writing and production samples (see below) Portfolio requirements: Include a representative range of your work — curriculum, lesson outlines, scripts, PowerPoint decks, guidebooks, instructor materials, articles, books, and/or videos. Links to portfolios or websites are accepted. Required AI sample: At least one example of content you produced with AI assistance (Claude preferred; ChatGPT or other tools acceptable). Include a brief note describing the prompts, workflow, or process you used. We want to see how you actually work with AI — not just polished output. Send your application to: [email protected] or apply through the portal (preferred). Final candidates will complete a small, compensated project to showcase their skills. Benefits Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 DOE • Benefits: PTO, 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision
