Digital Lab Designer Coordinator

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

We are looking for an experienced Digital Lab Designer Coordinator to join our dental team remotely. The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in 3Shape and experienced in designing a wide range of dental cases, including complex implant and restorative cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design dental restorations using 3Shape Dental System.
• Design full-arch implant cases, implant-supported restorations, and full-mouth rehabilitations.
• Design crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, and other fixed restorations.
• Design complete and partial dentures and digital denture workflows.
• Review scans and ensure accurate margins, occlusion, contacts, and overall fit.
• Coordinate with dentists, technicians, and the production team to ensure cases meet clinical and laboratory requirements.
• Review cases for accuracy before production and communicate any required modifications.
• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain organized digital case files and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital dental design.
• Strong proficiency in 3Shape Dental System.
• Experience with full-arch implants, implant restorations, dentures, crowns, bridges, veneers, and other dental restorations.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthetic principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases remotely.
• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
• Dental laboratory/CAD-CAM experience is highly preferred.

• Candidates must be available and responsive throughout scheduled working hours.
