About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team based in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how our people learn and develop in a digital-first environment. You will play a central role in designing and delivering engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences that support colleagues and strengthen capability across the firm.
About you:
We’re looking for a Digital Learning professional with experience designing and developing digital learning solutions in a professional or corporate environment. You will have a strong understanding of digital learning tools, platforms, and user-centred design, alongside the ability to create engaging, practical learning that meets business needs.
You will bring a collaborative approach, with the confidence to work credibly with stakeholders and subject matter experts; shaping content, providing constructive challenge, and translating complex information into clear, structured learning.
With a user-centric mindset, you’ll be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience. You will also be comfortable designing both structured learning and short, targeted interventions that engage time-pressured audiences.
To this role, you will bring a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, alongside strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will also demonstrate curiosity and openness to new approaches, helping to ensure our learning remains relevant, proportionate, and effective.
Desirable
Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline or Adobe Captivate
Experience applying multimedia learning principles, online instructional design practices, and accessibility standards in the design of digital learning
Experience managing and reporting on digital learning content and data
Experience creating learning focused on professional skills such as communication, client relationships, or financial/commercial awareness
