Digital Learning Developer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:


  • Develop and update digital learning content using an authoring tool, working from existing materials, templates and guidelines.
  • Transform static learning materials into engaging digital experiences with interactions, questions, scenarios and reveals.
  • Refine and structure content for digital consumption while maintaining clarity and consistency.
  • Apply visual design principles to ensure polished layouts, spacing, typography, imagery and overall presentation.
  • Carry out quality checks on links, formatting, interactions, spelling, consistency and user experience.
  • Adapt learning content for responsive delivery across different screen sizes and digital platforms.

Your experience/knowledge:


  • Experience in digital learning authoring, ideally in an LMS, CMS or similar digital learning environment.
  • Good eye for visual design, layout and brand-aligned presentation.
  • Ability to edit and simplify content for digital use without changing the learning intent.
  • Basic multimedia skills, including image resizing/editing and working with icons and simple graphics.
  • Language skills: English

  • Responsive to feedback and able to make changes efficiently.
  • Independent, proactive and comfortable working with limited direction.
