Digital Manager, 数字营销经理 负责目标客户在公司数字平台的整体运营工作，并对客户活跃度、满意度负责； 根据目标客户运营目标，制定年度活动及内容策略，并协同销售团队推动客户端落地执行； 梳理客户结构，建设客户画像及分层标准，并针对不同层级客户整合内部资源，规划及执行差异化的运营策略，提升客户忠诚度； 充分了解和学习行业及品类知识，调研客户经营、增长中各环节的问题和需求，完善平台服务能力建设，持续优化运营策略； 分析业务数据及客户在平台的行为数据，总结归纳资源有效率、客户运营痛点、产品策略等存在的问题并落实解决方案，持续挖掘并完善标杆案例、运营方法论。 本科及以上学历 5年以上互联网企业、品牌方企业B端或C端客户运营及服务经验，医美/消费医疗与大健康产品/美妆行业背景优先; 具有较强的业务洞察能力、分层管理意识及创新能力，具有优秀的数据敏感度及处理能力，良好的B端策略输出能力; 具备良好的沟通和跨部门协作能力，能够整合资源、高效协同，合作共赢; 优秀的学习能力和团队精神，积极进取，愿意接受挑战，有较强的责任心、自驱力和抗压能力。 AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.  Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
