Profile Requirements: Min 4 years experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, telehealth, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of Australian marketing and advertising laws, regulations, and compliance is requirements. Demonstrated experience managing paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM or marketing automation platforms. Strong copywriting, content creation, analytical, and project management skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing. Create and manage engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Drive patient acquisition through SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion-focused strategies. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness. Manage and maintain the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to ensure a consistent brand experience. Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising standards, privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
