Profile Requirements: Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization Experience creating and optimizing marketing funnels and landing pages Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation software Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Experience creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative software Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Experience marketing educational programs, online courses, coaching programs, or professional services is highly preferred Core responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase enrollments and brand awareness Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) Build, manage, and optimize marketing funnels and high-converting landing pages Develop lead generation campaigns that drive prospective students to schedule consultations or enroll in educational programs Create and manage automated email campaigns, newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences Segment audiences and personalize marketing communications to improve conversions Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and other social media platforms Produce social media graphics, videos, Reels, Shorts, educational content, and promotional campaigns Develop monthly content calendars and maintain a consistent publishing schedule Write compelling marketing copy for advertisements, landing pages, emails, blogs, and social media Perform A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, and calls-to-action Implement retargeting campaigns to improve lead conversion rates Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports Monitor key performance indicators including cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic, and enrollment metrics Research competitor strategies and identify new growth opportunities Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, advertising platform updates, and SEO best practices Recommend new marketing strategies and technologies to improve lead generation and overall business growth Perform additional digital marketing duties as assigned Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
