About the Job
You are responsible for driving online brand visibility, engagement, and growth through strategic digital campaigns, social media management, and content optimization. This role ensures campaigns are data-driven, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives, while collaborating with creative teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, email, and web.
Create a content calendar and ensure timely, relevant, and engaging content is published.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
Social Media Management & Community Engagement
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms.
Monitor engagement metrics, respond to followers, and cultivate online communities.
Analyze trends to optimize social media strategies and increase audience reach.
Analytics & Performance Measurement
Track, measure, and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting platforms.
Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform strategy adjustments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with creative, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
Support other marketing initiatives such as events, promotions, and product launches.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a
media, creative, or advertising company
.
Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital campaigns.
Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver content and campaigns.
Knowledge of social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Hands on experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
Creative thinking and problem-solving.
Project and time management.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
