- Content marketing: Collaborating with creative colleagues to develop content ideas and campaigns that support SEO performance.
- Analytics and reporting: Using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools to analyse performance and communicate insights to clients.
- Website optimisation: Identifying opportunities to improve website performance, user experience and conversion rates.
- Client relationships: Building strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic recommendations and a focus on results.
Essential skills and experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in SEO or organic digital marketing, ideally 2–3+ years.
- Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation.

- A good understanding of link building, domain authority, website optimisation and content marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and local SEO.
- Experience with Google Business Profiles and WordPress.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
Desirable experience
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GA IQ) or equivalent certification.
- E-commerce marketing experience.
- Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency.

- Salary of £27,000–£30,000, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working, with just one day a week in the office.
- Flexible working hours through a flexi-time scheme.
- 22 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and a Christmas break.
