Data & Analytics- Unlock the power of 1st party data to supercharge engagement and fuel smarter decisions.- Master top tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase, and Adjust to uncover insights that drive action.- Go beyond numbers: transform raw data into creative solutions that improve the consumer experience at every touchpoint. Agency & Platform Management- Partner with digital and media agencies to design and deliver campaigns that reach millions of consumers.- Guide agency roadmaps across web, SEO, media, creative, analytics and UX/UI projects from concept to execution.- Build and deploy SEO & media strategies that drive both organic growth and impactful paid visibility.- Take charge of the CRM roadmap, growing our consumer database and sparking loyalty and love for the brand. Project & Collaboration- Work at the intersection of brand, tech, media and creativity, coordinating projects that deliver real impact.- Translate complex data into simple, inspiring stories that everyone in the company can act on.- Be a challenger, an innovator and a creator, someone who shapes the brand’s digital journey and isn’t afraid to disrupt the ordinary.- Bring outside inspirations in and share our success stories outward to inspire the industry. About You About You: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.- Around 1 year of experience in digital marketing, martech, or e-commerce (internships or project experience!)- Digital native, curious about the latest trends, platforms, and tools shaping the marketing world.- Comfortable working with 1st & 3rd party data for segmentation and personalization.- Excel is your playground – large datasets don’t scare you, they excite you.- Clear communicator with the ability to turn complex numbers into simple, powerful stories.- Any project or agency management experience is a big plus – and if you don’t have it yet, you’re eager to learn fast.- Fluency in English and Turkish is a must; additional languages are a strong plus for global collaboration. Our head office is in Ataşehir. You could decide your daily 8-hours of working period within our flexible-working hours practice. We know that you will have home expenses during home office days . You could work fully remote for 2 weeks during summer, and enjoy an additional 2 weeks of fully remote working anytime throughout the year.
