WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Design, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and customer retention communications.
• Manage email subscriber lists, including segmentation, cleanup, and growth initiatives.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics across social media, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns to optimize strategies.
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content, including copy, images, and video tailored for different platforms.
• Work with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Assist with SEO/SEM efforts, updating website content and optimizing for organic reach.
• Monitor social media engagement and manage community interactions professionally and timely.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing technologies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Must Have

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Constant Contact).
• Fluent English – strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM principles, and basic paid ad campaign management.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored for digital and email audiences.
• Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Experience in basic video editing for social media content.
• Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
