A little about the position: Position Summary The Digital Marketing Manager will play a central role in driving demand generation and marketing operations across Latham’s digital channels. This is a hands-on, generalist role that spans paid digital media oversight, social media, CRM management, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital asset management. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, comfortable operating inside marketing technology platforms, and thrives in a collaborative environment where they can partner with both internal teams and external agency partners. Some of What You Will Do: Paid Digital Media (Agency Oversight & Strategy) Serve as an internal point of contact for the external digital media agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand standards, and campaign timelines. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms; flag anomalies and recommend optimizations. Collaborate with the agency to devise new campaign concepts, audience strategies, and creative testing plans. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and reduce invalid traffic and click fraud. Social Media Assist with loading/scheduling Social Media posts into HubSpot. Help monitor community management, ensuring that users needing assistance are routed to the proper team(s) internally. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Audit and optimize landing pages tied to paid media campaigns, improving conversion rates through A/B testing, UX improvements, and messaging alignment. Analyze user behavior data (GA4) to identify drop-off points and recommend improvements. Collaborate with web development to implement landing page changes and ensure tracking accuracy. HubSpot CRM & Marketing Operations Help manage day-to-day HubSpot operations including contact management, list segmentation, lead scoring maintenance, and lifecycle stage integrity. Build and maintain marketing automation workflows (email nurture sequences, internal notifications, lead routing). Support marketing-to-sales alignment by ensuring MQL/SQL definitions are enforced and reporting is accurate. Assist with ongoing data hygiene efforts: deduplication, property standardization, and contact enrichment. SEO Monitor organic search performance and keyword rankings; identify content gaps and optimization opportunities. Stay current with algorithm updates and industry best practices; recommend adjustments to the SEO strategy as needed. Digital Asset Management (DAM) Lead the cleanup and organization of Latham’s image and creative asset library, establishing a consistent taxonomy and tagging system. Develop SOPs and training documentation for internal teams on proper DAM usage, upload protocols, and asset retrieval. Maintain ongoing governance of the DAM to ensure assets remain organized, current, and properly tagged. What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) Required 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise across paid media, CRM/marketing automation, and SEO. Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, lead scoring, list management, reporting). HubSpot certifications are a plus. Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign performance analysis. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance monitoring and reporting. Experience managing or collaborating with external digital agencies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Excellent project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Clear, professional communication skills. Able to present findings and recommendations to leadership. Preferred Experience in a B2B or B2C2B marketing environment, ideally in manufacturing, building products, or home improvement. Familiarity with CRO tools and methodologies (A/B testing platforms, heatmap tools). Experience with DAM platforms and asset taxonomy/governance. Some Important Information for you: Position Title: Director of Digital Marketing Search Area: Off-site, Remote Employment Type: Remote Status: Full-time, not eligible for relocation package or visa sponsoring. Salary Range: Disclosure as required by applicable state law, the annual salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000. This is Latham Pool’s good faith belief at the time of this posting. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
