Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven digital campaigns to promote House of Emirates® products and brand globally. Responsibilities include managing social media channels, overseeing paid and organic lead generation, and coordinating multi-channel marketing initiatives across web, email, and content platforms. The role also involves monitoring and interpreting web analytics, refining audience targeting, and improving customer acquisition and retention strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop campaign messaging, ensure consistent brand positioning, and report on performance metrics and ROI. This is a remote role.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience in planning and managing integrated online campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including channel strategy, content planning, and community engagement.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with proven ability to design and optimize funnels that drive qualified prospects.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms for performance tracking and insights.
• Experience in luxury, fintech, blockchain, or investment-related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
