Growth Marketing Manager | Remote from Pakistan | SAR Salary

About Our Client: Our client is a  fast-growing real estate startup based in Saudi Arabia. Job Summary We are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital acquisition engine across three companies. This role goes beyond traditional digital marketing and will involve owning the complete digital growth ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance reporting . The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to generate qualified investor and buyer leads while developing a scalable marketing infrastructure to support the company's future growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel digital growth strategies. Build scalable lead-generation and customer acquisition systems. Optimize customer acquisition costs while maintaining high lead quality. Support annual marketing planning and campaign execution. Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, including: Campaign planning and execution Budget allocation Audience segmentation Bid optimization Performance tracking and reporting Continuous A/B testing and optimization Design and manage marketing automation workflows. Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports. Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with designers and developers to improve websites and other digital channels. Work closely with senior management to align marketing strategies with business and revenue objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field . Strong experience in digital growth marketing, performance marketing and lead generation. Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing. MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be highly preferred: SaaS FinTech PropTech E-commerce Digital Marketplaces Real Estate Financial Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Strong hands-on experience with the following tools is highly desirable: HubSpot Salesforce Looker Studio Power BI Zapier / Make Basic HTML/CSS knowledge  Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package.
