For over 45 years, we’ve been pioneers in talent assessment. But now, we’re transforming. We’re evolving from a trusted assessment provider into a disruptive AI-powered people science platform, uniting behavioural insight, data, and technology to revolutionise how people and teams work together.
Our new Connection Intelligence (CXI) platform, is redefining collaboration — helping organisations unlock intelligent team profiling, behaviour comparison, and personalised growth at scale.
We’re shaping a new era of workplace intelligence.
The Opportunity
Are you a hands-on digital marketer who loves turning data into action and campaigns into measurable results?
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid search, paid social and organic search performance, helping us reach the right audiences, generate qualified demand and drive business growth.
Reporting to our Head of Digital & Demand, you'll play an important role in improving how we attract and convert potential customers across our digital channels.
This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into the detail. You'll be hands-on in advertising platforms, continually testing and optimising campaigns, analysing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
You'll have the opportunity to influence our digital acquisition performance, experiment with new approaches and help us adapt to the changing world of search, including AI-driven discovery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Paid Search: Plan, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant platforms, taking ownership of budgets, bidding, keywords, targeting and campaign performance.
- Paid Social: Build and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant channels, testing audiences, creative, messaging and formats to improve results.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Improve our organic visibility through keyword research, content optimisation and technical SEO, while exploring opportunities in AI-driven search and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
- Digital Acquisition: Monitor and improve digital marketing performance, focusing on generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates and driving efficient customer acquisition.
- Analytics & Insights: Use campaign, website and pipeline data to understand what's working, identify opportunities and recommend improvements to marketing investment.
- Testing & Optimisation: Continuously experiment with campaigns, landing pages, messaging and customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Sales to ensure our digital activity supports wider business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical digital marketing expertise with curiosity, analytical thinking and a genuine drive to improve performance.
You'll ideally bring:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
- Experience managing advertising budgets, optimising campaigns and improving marketing efficiency.
- A solid understanding of SEO, including keyword research, technical SEO and content optimisation.
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into meaningful actions.
- Experience improving lead generation, conversion rates and digital acquisition performance.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
It would also be great if you have:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology or professional services.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- An understanding of marketing attribution, intent data or account-based marketing.
- An interest in emerging search trends, including AEO and AI-driven search behaviour.
