What the day will look like

As the Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA Activation & Performance, you will serve as the key link between EMEA Marketing and Global Digital teams, helping to ensure digital campaigns are efficiently planned, activated, measured and continuously optimized across the region.

You will:

• Partner with regional and country marketing teams to translate business priorities into digital activation plans.
• Coordinate multi-channel digital campaigns, paid media activities and performance optimization initiatives across EMEA markets.
• Drive adoption of reporting, measurement, governance frameworks and digital marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with Global Digital teams, GCC specialists and agency partners to deliver scalable marketing programs.
• Support marketing technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve campaign effectiveness and digital maturity.

You will serve as the liaison linking EMEA Marketing, Global Digital, and GCC delivery teams, helping drive digital activation, performance marketing, governance and digital maturity across multiple markets.

You will play a meaningful role in strengthening digital marketing maturity throughout the region. You will help teams embrace new technologies, marketing technology platforms, automation capabilities and AI-powered solutions.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We are looking for someone with experience working in diverse markets and collaborator groups who combine strong digital marketing expertise with an analytical approach. Experience supporting audience targeting, audience segmentation, digital activation and performance marketing activities will be valuable. Familiarity with digital governance, data privacy, consent management, marketing technology, automation capabilities and AI-enabled marketing solutions will help you succeed in this role. Experience collaborating with Global Digital teams, GCC specialists, agencies, Centers of Excellence or shared service environments is also highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, digital activation and paid media campaign delivery.
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring performance against business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills within complex multinational organizations.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including performance reporting, campaign measurement and optimization.
• Experience in B2B marketing environments, ideally within financial services, professional services or another regulated industry.
