Most of our clients sit in aesthetics and healthcare, think dental clinics, aesthetic clinics, and medical clinics, alongside trade businesses like roofing, solar, and aircon.

The role

You'll create and oversee campaign briefs for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads on behalf of our clients, working closely with them to shape strategy and results. You'll manage a small team including a video editor, a graphic designer, and two media buyers, and you'll be hands-on with campaign creation as well as leading the team. This is a fully remote role working closely with our UK leadership team.

Most of our campaigns are lead generation NOT ecommerce, if your experience is only ecommerce please do not apply.

What you'll be doing

• Building campaign briefs and strategy across Meta and Google Ads
• Setting up, optimising, and tracking lead generation campaigns
• Designing high-converting landing pages
• Working directly with clients to understand their goals and report on results
• Managing and supporting a team of four: video editor, graphic designer, two media buyers

Must haves

• Minimum 4 years in marketing, including at least 2 years agency experience. Applicants who have only worked in-house for a single business will not be considered
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Facebook and Instagram Ads, including setup, optimisation, and tracking
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, including setup, optimisation, and tracking
• A strong understanding of what goes into a paid ads campaign, with a real eye for detail
• Proven experience building landing pages
• Confident managing a small team
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup

• SEO and Google My Business experience
