📍 Remote | LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Guatemala & Honduras)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize high-performing paid search campaigns targeting the U.S. market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional with strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts, driving measurable results, and owning campaign strategy from end to end.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns

✅ Develop bidding strategies and budget allocation plans

✅ Own campaign structure, testing, reporting, and performance analysis

✅ Create and optimize landing page experiences and conversion funnels

✅ Analyze KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

✅ Work closely with stakeholders to drive lead generation and business growth

✅ Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining performance standards

What We're Looking For

✔ 3-5+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience

✔ Strong experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

✔ Proven track record managing campaign strategy and budgets

✔ Experience with Search, Performance Max, conversion optimization and reporting

✔ Strong analytical mindset with performance marketing expertise

✔ Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

✔ Previous exposure to B2B marketing for the U.S. market is highly preferred

✔ Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
