Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities: Support the MarCom team by playing a key role in executing dynamic lead generation and customer engagement campaigns worldwide through HubSpot; Enhance content quality by monitoring and managing marketing systems like Typo3 (CMS) and PIMCore (PIM/DAM), with the aim of improving data quality; Enhance online presence by continuously improving the company’s visibility in search engines; Assist in the implementation and tracking of effective global online advertising campaigns (SEA) via Google; Ensure data excellence by maintaining high standards of data quality in marketing systems, following established guidelines; Uphold compliance by sharing the responsibility for adhering to data protection and compliance regulations; Implement special tasks/projects specified by the digital marketing management. Qualifications: Relevant completed studies in digital marketing or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing; Expertise in marketing automation, SEO/SEA, and lead generation; Hands-on experience with CMS and PIM systems; Strong analytical mindset with KPI management skills; Self-motivated attitude and ability to thrive in a global remote environment; Good sense for digital trends, strong online affinity, focus on sales-oriented and customer-oriented action; Proactive, results-oriented approach with a high degree of team orientation and independent action. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
