Assist in conceptualizing and developing various marketing tactics, including collateral, advertising, print, email marketing, video, and social media Plan and coordinate special events, conferences, and sponsorships Familiarity with WordPress and able to make website updates Research and gather information from external and internal sources to fulfill writing tasks Develop communication materials Collaborate with marketing and other team members to support brand initiatives Support sales in the preparation and delivery of presentations, business proposals, and other marketing initiatives as required Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate campaigns to meet objectives Coordinate with vendors, including agencies, publications, printers, and suppliers This is a Maternity Leave Contract Starting October 5, 2026 and ending March 2028. Degree in communications, marketing, or business 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and communications Strong writing skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Flexible and able to work with individuals of all levels in the organization to meet goals Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Strong computer proficiency (demonstrated experience in Google Suite) Adobe Creative Suite and Canva proficiency are an asset Transportation industry experience is an asset What do we offer to you?
