Job Summary

We are seeking a data-obsessed Digital Marketing Specialist to lead paid advertising (Google PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics across Outgle's agency accounts. You will manage ad spend, perform A/B split tests, setup conversion tracking in GA4/GTM, and maximize client ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta/LinkedIn) ad campaigns.
• Implement conversion tracking pixels, custom GTM events, and Google Analytics 4 attribution modeling.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and landing page conversion performance.
• Conduct multivariate A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad assets.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid media management.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics 4 are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and GTM.
• Proven track record of scaling monthly ad spend while maintaining profitable ROAS.
