About the Role
As Digital Performance Specialist, you'll sit at the heart of how eComplete drives results for its clients — translating strategic direction into actionable initiatives and applying the Performance DNA methodology across performance marketing, funnel optimisation, e-commerce, and sales. You'll work closely with channel owners, Account Managers, and the Head of Digital Performance Marketing, turning data into insight and insight into commercially viable recommendations that clients can act on.
This is a multi-disciplinary role that spans paid media, CRM, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting. It requires both the ability to set strategic direction and the executional capability to implement and manage campaigns directly. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and client-focused — rigorous, curious, and results-oriented in every engagement.
