Job Description:


The Digital Marketing Specialist manages and creates graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts for the Open Sky, Safe Homes and Central Community Health Partnership brands, including creating monthly calendars of varied and engaging content, responding to messages, posting stories, and staying up to date on social media best practices. Also manages email marketing campaigns, including monthly newsletters, to communicate with stakeholders, solicit registrations for fundraising events and share inspirational stories about the agency's staff and individuals served.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 year of marketing, communications or public relations experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing professional social media accounts required.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage social media accounts for the Agency’s various brands including: Open Sky Community Services, Safe Homes, Central Community Health Partnership, and the Bridge Training Institute.
  • Provide support to programs that manage their own social media accounts, including ValleyCAST, Crystal House Clubhouse and Tradewinds Clubhouse.
  • Develop strategies to improve the online presence of the Agency’s various brands including conducting social listening, brand audits, and competitive social performance, and exploring new software options to improve performance and processes.
  • Create relevant and creative content including engaging photos, videos, and copy.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to communicate with internal and external audiences including the quarterly internal newsletter, monthly external newsletter, and other campaigns as needed.
  • Maintain the Open Sky, Safe Homes, Central Community Health Partnership, Crystal House and Tradewinds websites, including content creation and SEO best practices.
  • Work with the Senior Director of Advancement and Marketing to manage digital ad campaigns, including but not limited to ads for Meta, LinkedIn and Google.
  • Provide reports on social media, email, and website performance as needed.
  • Assist Agency programs with marketing needs including flyers, forms, and other materials, and work with third party vendors to fulfill requests as needed.
  • As part of the Advancement team, assist with planning and implementation of the Agency’s three major fundraising events: Safe Homes Gala, Valley Friendship Tour and Valley Bag Toss.
  • Develop and implement communication and marketing strategy for fundraising efforts including the Annual Appeal letters, United Way Campaign and Holiday Gift Card Drive.
  • Participate in other Agency committees as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$26.56 - $26.56
