Digital Marketing Specialist (Execution)

Role and Company Overview:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a global humanitarian organization based in Dallas, Texas. Their digital campaigns directly fund life-saving aid and relief programs around the world. This role is responsible for executing and managing digital campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and YouTube — taking content from the communications team and making sure it gets out accurately, on time, and error-free. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy email campaigns using pre-developed content
• Schedule and manage SMS campaigns
• Coordinate and publish content across social media using Hootsuite or similar tools
• Upload and manage video content on YouTube
• Monitor campaign execution to ensure all assets go live correctly and on schedule
• Pull basic performance reports across email, SMS, and social channels
• QA all content and assets for accuracy before publishing
• Manage and triage social media inbox inquiries

Requirements:

• 2+ years in digital marketing or campaign coordination
• Experience with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong task management skills
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work

Nice-to-Haves:

• Ability to read/understand Arabic
• Experience in nonprofit or fundraising environments
• Familiarity with CRM migrations or marketing automation tools
