Growth Marketing Specialist Vertical: Marketing Location: Remote - Philippines, Eastern Europe, and Latin America USD Salary: Negotiable based on experience The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and iterating on data-driven growth experiments to acquire, activate, and retain customers across the funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product, applying a test-and-learn approach to identify the highest-impact growth levers. The Growth Marketing Specialist is comfortable owning multiple channels simultaneously and uses data to prioritize efforts, validate hypotheses, and scale what works. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels. Identify, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses using structured frameworks (e.g., ICE, PIE scoring). Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, email, and SEO. Analyze funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them. Own A/B testing programs across landing pages, ad creative, onboarding flows, and email sequences. Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to execute cross-functional growth initiatives. Monitor and report on growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, retention rates, and funnel conversion metrics. Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics and experiment results. Research and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics. Present experiment findings and growth insights to leadership with clear recommendations. 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related data-driven marketing role. Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data, attribution, and deriving actionable insights. Experience running A/B tests and managing structured experimentation programs. Proficiency in web analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) and marketing data. Hands-on experience with at least two growth/acquisition channels (paid, SEO, email, referral, etc.). Ability to move fast, iterate, and prioritize in a growth environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. NICE TO HAVE Experience with growth in a SaaS, D2C, or ecommerce environment. Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies. Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for self-serve analytics. Experience with landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow, or similar). Background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). Experience building and analyzing customer lifecycle email programs.
